Modifications and Cancellations.

For Customers Modifying Appointments

Our Customer Service team can help you modify scheduled work orders at (800) 242-0504 or support@firestonedirect.com. You may modify your Job at any time, subject to the following. If you modify a requested Job 24 hours prior to a scheduled start time for a Job, you will not incur a change fee. If you modify a requested Job within 24 hours of a scheduled start time for a Job, you may be charged a fee of $20. Modifications may include but not limited to; adding or removing a service feature, adding or removing maintenance items, scheduled service date/time, and scheduled service address location. We reserve the right to establish, remove and/or revise our modification policy or modification fees at any time in our discretion.

For Customers Cancelling Appointments

You may cancel a scheduled Job at any time, subject to the following. If you cancel 24 hours before a scheduled start time for a Job, there will be no cancellation fee applied. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start time for the Job, you may be charged a fee of $30. We reserve the right to establish, remove and/or revise our cancellation policy or cancellation fees at any time in our discretion.

Cancellation by Technicians

When a Technician cancels a scheduled Job, we generally notify you and make your Installation request available for another Technician. However, we cannot guarantee that a canceled Job will be selected by another Technician and rescheduled or that the Job Request will be completed. Technicians reserve the right to refuse a Job Request. You hereby agree to hold us harmless from any liability that may result from the cancellation of a Job or refusal of a Tech to complete a Job.

There may be instances where, after a Technician has arrived at your location, the Technician finds that he/she is not able to successfully complete the Job. Reasons may include, without limitation; the Technician does not have access or permission to work on your vehicle at the location you provided; the location is not fit for performing automotive services (e.g., hill or uneven surface); or the information you provided with respect to your vehicle is inaccurate or incomplete.
