WHAT IS A MOBILE MECHANIC?

Take your skills on the road

STEP 1

Work directly with customers

The Mobile Mechanic position is a hybrid role that brings both customer service and our repair & maintenance services straight to people’s homes and offices. That’s why we like for our teammates to be just as ambitious and maniacal about service as we are.

STEP 2

Develop a unique technical skillset

Our top-of-the-line vans come equipped with all the tools and equipment you need to get the job done. Don’t worry, you’ll be trained by your fellow mechanics to use all of our dedicated gear and technology.

We are even rolling out an apprenticeship program for qualifed applicants with people skills, but no professional mechanic experience.

ABOUT

Firestone Direct

Founded in 2019, we have a startup mentality, but we’re backed by the expertise and resources of Bridgestone America. Whether you’re a mechanic or experienced in customer service, we can train you in this hybrid position that combines both of these roles.
